Rollback: Reset of the iHealth Wave

To perform a complete reset of your iHealth Wave (remove the link with your iHealth account, delete the memory and settings) you must do a Rollback.


  1. Plug your iHealth Wave on the USB charger provided as if you wanted to charge the battery. 
  2. Press and hold the button on the side of the charger until Restart Complete appears on the screen of the iHealth Wave (about 10 secondes).
  3. Make this operation (step 2) 3 times within a minute. The third time, the message Rollback is displayed with a progress bar.
