iHealth (AM3) - Restart – How do you do it and what is it for? 

If you have problems with the Bluetooth connection or unusual behaviour of your tracker, you can perform a basic restart. This restart will not affect your settings such as alarms and will not delete any activity or sleep data. 

To perform a Restart

Press and hold the tracker button. Release the button when the message "Restart complete" is displayed on the tracker screen (after about 10 seconds).
