How to set up date and time

Set up date and time (with smartphone)

The date and time of the iHealth Track blood pressure monitor is synchronised with the date and time of your smartphone. Just connect the blood pressure monitor with your smartphone via the iHealth MyVitals app.

The date and time need to be set before the first use or whenever the battery is changed.

  1. Install the batteries with correct polarity.
  2. If you have not already done so, download the free iHealth MyVitals app on the App Store or Google Play depending on the model of your smartphone then create your iHealth account.
  3. Start the iHealth MyVitals app.
  4. Make sure Bluetooth is activated on your smartphone
  5. Go to: MENU > Set up my devices > Select a new device > Blood pressure monitor > Track (KN550BT).
  6. Press the Memory/Synchronisebutton on the blood pressure monitor and press Next in the app.

It's done!

Note - The iHealth Track blood pressure monitor is a connected blood pressure monitor but can also be used without ever connecting it to a smartphone.  The use of a connected blood pressure monitor offers certain benefits. Why should I connect my iHealth Track?

 

 

Set up date and time (without smartphone)

For unconnected use of the iHealth Track blood pressure monitor, here is how to set the date and time manually.

  1. Install the batteries with correct polarity.
  2. Press the START/STOP and Memory/Synchronise buttons simultaneously. The year is displayed.
  3. Press the Memory/Synchronise button to change the year. Then press START/STOP to confirm and change to setting the month. 
  4. Press the Memory/Synchronise button to change the month. Then press START/STOP to confirm and change to setting the day.
  5. Continue in the same way to set the date and the time.

Note - Press and hold the Memory/Synchronise button to increment the values faster. This tip can be especially useful for setting the minutes.
