In the application iHealth MyVitals:
Go to Menu > Set up my device > Select your iHealth Wave (AM4) > enable/disable swim mode.
Note - When swim mode is enabled, iHealth Wave automatically enters the swimming mode after 20 seconds of continuous swimming and exits automatically at the end of the session.
