Take a new test with new test strips. If the problem persists, contact technical support.

The room temperature is too low. The blood glucose meter's operating temperature is between 10°C and 40°C (50°F - 104°F).

The room temperature is too high. The blood glucose meter's operating temperature is between 10°C and 40°C (50°F - 104°F).
Er8
Communication error. Please re-pair your blood glucose meter with your smartphone via Bluetooth before trying again.

The test strip was removed during the measurement. Please try again with a new test strip.
