List of error codes

 

Error Code 000

The pressure in the air circuit is unstable when the measurement is started.
Try again without moving.

Error Code 001

The blood pressure monitor does not detect systolic pressure.
Try again without moving.

Error Code 002

The blood pressure monitor does not detect diastolic pressure.
Try again without moving.

Error Code 003

The pneumatic system is blocked or the cuff is too tight while inflating.
Reposition the cuff correctly and try again.

Error Code 004

Air leak in the pneumatic system or the cuff is not tight.
Reposition the cuff correctly and try again.

Error Code 005

The pressure in the cuff is higher than 300 mmHg.
Wait 5 minutes and try again.
If the problem persists, contact technical support.

Error Code 006

The pressure in the cuff is higher than 15 mmHg for more than 3 minutes.
Wait 5 minutes and try again.
If the problem persists, contact technical support.

Error Code 007

Memory fault or error in the temperature probe.
Wait 5 minutes and try again.
If the problem persists, contact technical support.

Error Code 010

Pressure sensor fault.
Wait 5 minutes and try again.
If the problem persists, contact technical support.

Error Code 011

Fault when synchronising data to the Cloud.
Restart your Wi-Fi router/modem then make sure that the Wi-Fi signal your iHealth Clear is connected to is stable. If necessary, bring your iHealth Clear closer to your Wi-Fi router/modem.
Take a new measurement in 5 minutes. If the problem persists, contact technical support.

Error Code 012

The wireless network adapter initialisation failed.
Restart your Wi-Fi router/modem then make sure that the Wi-Fi signal your iHealth Clear is connected to is stable. If necessary, bring your iHealth Clear closer to your Wi-Fi router/modem.
Take a new measurement in 5 minutes. If the problem persists, contact technical support.

Error Code 013

Wi-Fi network not found.
Restart your Wi-Fi router/modem then make sure that the Wi-Fi signal your iHealth Clear is connected to is stable. If necessary, bring your iHealth Clear closer to your Wi-Fi router/modem.
Take a new measurement in 5 minutes. If the problem persists, contact technical support.

Error Code 015

Failed to get the IP address.
Restart your Wi-Fi router/modem then make sure that the Wi-Fi signal your iHealth Clear is connected to is stable. If necessary, bring your iHealth Clear closer to your Wi-Fi router/modem.
Take a new measurement in 5 minutes. If the problem persists, contact technical support.

Wi-Fi password incorrect

Check the Wi-Fi password.

Low battery symbol

The battery is less than 20%.
Recharge the battery.

Displayed results seems incorrect

The cuff was positioned incorrectly or the cuff was not tight.
Reposition the cuff correctly and try again.

Body posture was not correct during the test.
Check your posture and try again.

Please observe the precautions for use carefully.

Nothing happens when I press a button

Make sure that the battery is sufficiently charged.
