iHealth (AM3) - Synchronise with the iHealth MyVitals App

To synchronise data from the tracker to the application iHealth MyVitals, Bluetooth must be activated on your smartphone.  

Launch iHealth MyVitals and sign in to your account (the one connected to the tracker):  

MENU > Activity and sleep > Synchronisation. 

If your smartphone is connected to the internet, synchronised data will be automatically sent to your iHealth cloud secure space.
