iHealth (AM3) - Physical activities supported

The tracker measures with great accuracy activities during which the wrist is an integral part of the movement and when the feet are in contact with the ground (walking, running). 

The tracker has more difficulty calculating resistance activities such as weight training, yoga, cycling. The tracker captures data when it is worn during such activities but the movements made are not as accurately recorded as for activities such as walking or running.
