iHealth (AM3) - Prerequisites for updating the firmware

In order to update the firmware, please make sure your smartphone is connected to the internet and that your tracker is within Bluetooth range of the smartphone (about 5m max).

Be careful of data consumption if your smartphone is connected to the internet through a 3G/4G connection.
