To perform a complete reset of your iHealth Edge (remove the link with your iHealth account, delete the memory and settings) you must do a Rollback.
- Plug your iHealth Edge on the USB charger provided as if you wanted to charge the battery.
- Press and hold the button on the side of the charger until Restart Complete appears on the screen of the iHealth Edge (about 10 seconds).
- Make this operation (step 2) 3 times within a minute. The third time, the message Rollback is displayed with a progress bar.
