I change my internet service provider, or the setting of my router, what should I do?

If you change your Internet Service Provider or the settings of your router (SSID or password) you must reset up the Wi-Fi connection of your scale.

  1. Before to start, make sure that your smartphone is well connected to your new Wi-Fi network
  2. Remove and re-install one battery
  3. Press SET button located inside the batteries compartment. SET must be displayed on the scale.

  4. In the app, go to: MENU > Set up my devices > Select your Core (HS6) > Reset Wi-Fi.
  5. Enter your Wi-Fi password. Wi-Fi icon starts blinking then turns solid when the connection is successfully established.
