If you have lost/forgotten your password, or if you simply wish to change it, you can use the ‘Forgot password?’ option on the login page of your iHealth MyVitals application or the ‘Forgot password?’ option on our website.
Enter the email address for your iHealth account to receive an email containing a link to reset your password.
Note:
Remember to check your junk mail if you do not receive the password reset email after a few minutes. You can also contact our support team if necessary.
