- Start the iHealth MyVitals app and sign in to your account.
- Make sure that your smartphone's Bluetooth is activated.
- In the app, go to MENU > Blood pressure > SYNC.
- Select the measurements to be synchronized with your account or press Upload all results.
Note - The blood pressure monitor memory is automatically and completely erased after pressing the button Synchronization. All data not synchronized to an iHealth account is therefore kept in the Filter data. Please go to the Filter data menu to retrieve the measurements that you would not have synchronized after pressing the Synchronization button.
