To delete the users stored on the scales and reset them to factory settings, select your iHealth FIT (HS2S) scales from your list of devices.
Once connected, click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the page.
Click on Reset user and follow the on-screen instructions.
Note: Once the factory settings have been restored, all offline data (measurements saved in the scales’ memory) and user data will be permanently deleted from the scales. Measurements synchronised with your iHealth account will be retained.
