iHealth Lite (HS4S) - Online measurement

An Online measurement is a measurement made with the iHealth MyVitals app open on your smartphone and account.

1. Open the iHealth MyVitals app and go to Menu > Weight.
2. Tap the scale to turn it on. Wait until "0.0" is displayed.
   
   Note - If you have already paired the iHealth Lite scale with your smartphone it will connect automatically.

3. Step on the middle of the scale, taking care to respect the precautions for use. Hold steady until your weight appears on the scale and on the app.

The scale only displays your weight measurement.

The body mass index and its classification according to the WHO statements are shown in the app.

To see the list of all your measurements, go to Menu > Weight > List.
