iHealth (HS5) - The scale only measures my weight, not my body fat

Body fat can only be measured under these 2 conditions:

• The measurement is taken with bare feet, feet correctly positioned on the 4 electrodes.
• The user has been identified by the scale.

During the measurement, when the body mass is displayed on the scale, check that the silhouette icon appears nest to the WiFi icon.

If the silhouette icon does not appear it means that the scale has not identified the user.

1. Make sure that the user has been added as a user of the scale.
2. Check that the difference in weight measured by the scale and the weight indicated in the user profile is not greater than +/-3kg. Edit if necessary.

The weight recorded in the user profile is visible in: MENU > Edit profile > Weight.
