If you can't remember your password or would like to change it, click on ‘Forgot password?’ on the iHealth MyVitals application login page.
You can also go directly to the following page:

Enter your iHealth login (the email address you gave when you created your account) and click on ‘Submit’.
An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to your inbox. Check your inbox and/or your spam folder.
Click on the link ‘Reset your iHealthLabs account password’ and enter your new password.
Note:
The link is only valid for 3 hours for security reasons. If you are unable to reset your password within 3 hours of receiving the email, please try again.
