MyVitals - Add a user/switch account

The iHealth MyVitals application is a multi-user application. You can share most iHealth devices with other users and manage your devices and users from the same smartphone. However, each user must have their own iHealth account.

Add a new user

From the iHealth MyVitals app, go to Account > Change Account > Add Account.

Click on ‘Create a new account’ if the user does not yet have an iHealth account, or enter their username (email) and password if they already have an account.

Changing user accounts

To switch from one user account to another, go to Account > Change account and select your account.
