It is not currently possible to change the email address of your iHealth account from the iHealth MyVitals application. However, it is possible to do so from your personal iHealth cloud space.
- Go to https://cloud.ihealthlabs.eu and log in with your current username and password.
- My Account > Change iHealth account.
- Re-enter your current email address and password.
- Click on Submit.
- Enter your new email address.
- Click on Send code. A verification code is sent to your new email address.
- Enter the verification code you have received and click Check Code.
